We have been involved in the Molecular Biotechnology Bachelor and Master program at the University of Heidelberg for many years. More recently, we were included in the Bioinformatics Bachelor and Master courses at Freie Universität Berlin. In addition, we offer cloud workshops in the context of de.NBI.

Dual Study Program of Medical Informatics
From the winter semester 2024/2025 we are offering study places for the dual B.Sc. degree course in Medical Informatics in cooperation with the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences.

In the summer terms, we are offering projects for the course “Softwarepraktikum Bioinformatik” at Freie Universität (FU) Berlin. In student-led groups, the participants will have the opportunity to solidify the programming skills in a collaborative coding environment and delve into applied health data science. Additionally, we are supervising Bachelors and Masters Thesis projects in our Artificial Intelligence, Computational Oncology, Intelligent Imaging and Medical Omics groups.
