myHealth@myHands - Person-Centered Health Management Through Access to Your Health Data Using EUDI Wallet Services

Project duration: April 2025 - March 2029

myHealth@myHands is a central European Union project that contributes to the strategic advancement of digital healthcare across theEuropean Union, with a long-term perspective toward 2030.

The project aims to ensure secure, reliable, and user-centric online access to health data for EU citizens. By leveraging European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet services, myHealth@myHands supports the implementation of interoperable and trustworthy mechanisms for accessing medical records across national and sectoral boundaries.

A core principle of the project is the empowerment of individuals. Citizens retain full control over their personal health data, including the ability to determine access rights, while benefiting from personalised and secure digital health services within a harmonised European framework.
